Delete your data

You can ask at any time for the deletion of your Rendez-you account and of all the personal data linked to it, including the data received through WhatsApp, Facebook/Meta and Google.

How to ask for the deletion

Write to us through the contact form (topic “Personal data”) or at [email protected], from the e-mail address of your account or mentioning the phone number you used. You can also call +32 465 33 73 54 or write to SMART FUND SRL, Rue de l'Yser 406, 4430 Ans, Belgium.
To make sure the request comes from you, we send a single-use code to that e-mail address or phone number. Give it back to us to confirm.
We delete your data within 30 days of the confirmation and tell you once it is done.

What is deleted

Your account: name, e-mail address, profile picture, phone number, password, preferences.
Your conversations with the assistant.
Your appointments and their history, and the notifications sent to you.
For an organisation: its page, services, hours, team, appointments, and the access to its calendars (Google, subscription link). The events already created in its own Google Calendar remain there, as that calendar belongs to it.

Only what the law obliges us to keep (for example invoices issued to an organisation) is kept, for the legal period, and is used for nothing else.

Without asking us

Conversations, notifications and technical logs are deleted automatically after 1 month; the conversations of customers without an account after 30 days.
An organisation can disconnect its calendars and take its page offline at any time from its space.
To remove Rendez-you's access to your Google account or calendar at once, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove “Rendez-you”.
On WhatsApp, you can block the Rendez-you number at any time: we will no longer send you messages.
